About me
Telling stories with pictures
I am an international working french cinematographer based in Paris.
My passion for cinematography began by watching a lot of old movies and taking street photographs.
I learned the use of cinema gear by working in grip and camera departments at the rental company Next Shot. After that, before moving to cinematography, I started working on set as camera assistant, electrician and camera operator. Then I worked at the lighting and grip department of the film school La Fémis.
And step by step I started working as cinematographer.
In 2022 I shot Nora Hamdi's third feature film "La Couleur dans les Mains" which is my first feature film as cinematographer.
In 2023 I went to Morocco to shoot my first project outside of Europe, the TV series "Ba Stouf" directed by Mourad El Khaoudi (which was also my first TV series as cinematographer).
I love the thrill of working on very different types of productions. Each time, I try to find new ways of making up the pictures to create a unique visual identity for the project.
